Cycling

The promenade runs along Bournemouth's long sandy beaches for 10 miles (16 km). It's a wonderful place to walk, cycle, or skate whilst enjoying the salty sea breeze.

You'll pass countless cafes, beach huts and restaurants where you can stop for a hot drink or ice cream.

Bear in mind that cycling isn't permitted between 10am and 6pm in July and August when the promenade is very busy.
