The Seethen Village Church, a significant historic building in Seethen, a district of the Hanseatic city of Gardelegen, was probably built in the late 13th or early 14th century. The church is constructed of hewn fieldstone and measures approximately 18.31 meters long and 9.40 meters wide. In the 15th or 16th century, the west tower was raised and a clock was added in 1724. The interior of the church contains a restored altar and an organ dating from 1882.

Extensive restoration work was carried out between 1990 and 1993, and a support association, founded in 2008, worked to preserve the building. Today, the church serves as a place of worship for the Protestant congregation and is an important part of the region's cultural heritage.
