The old fishing and farming village of Polchow belongs to the municipality of Glowe on the island of Rügen (Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania / German Baltic Sea). It is located on the western edge of the Jasmund peninsula, directly on the Great Jasmund Bodden. The village ends at the old port, forming a natural cul-de-sac that does not allow through traffic.
