The Foulon aqueduct is a historic building from the last quarter of the 19th century. It secures the water supply of the perfume city of Grasse.
At the foot of the Cime du Cheiron, 1778 m high, lies the source of the Foulon. The porous limestone mountains store a lot of water and the water then exits at the foot of the mountains. The Source du Foulon was captured as early as 1901 . It releases an estimated 5m m³ of water per second.

The aquaduct du Foulon runs about 30 km through the mountains to Grasse. There is a great hiking trail that follows this aqueduct.
