The Beer Museum in Bitzen in the Altenkirchen district is a private collection on the subject of beer with more than 3,500 types of beer from 78 countries around the world. On display are beer bottles, canned beers, beer glasses, beer mats and bottle caps from various breweries from all five continents.
The Beer Museum at Mittelstraße 4 in Bitzen is open on weekends and public holidays in the afternoons with free admission.

In the beer museum, visitors are presented with a collection of beer bottles, glasses and beer coasters from breweries from all over the world, the result of decades of passion for collecting.
Beers from Germany make up the largest part of the beer bottle collection with over 2,300 exhibits.
There are also more than 1,000 beer bottles from international breweries.
