The Colombara estate is a company that deals with the cultivation, production and sale of rice at retail and wholesale level, and is also the place where the famous "Acquerello rice" was born. The history of the estate dates back to around 500 years ago, when it was a hostel for wayfarers. Over the years, a community of people developed around the farmhouse. Today the estate is also a branch of the University of Gastronomic Sciences of Pollenzo. I highly recommend a visit!
