More and more people have recently made pilgrimages to the brewery chapel because the water source in the chapel was said to have healing properties in the past.

Here, at the source, a lady of the castle asked the Mother of God for the continued existence of her family. Mother Mary appeared to her and promised her a rich offspring. Then a white rose bloomed in the middle of the wilderness.

Crutches left behind by healed people used to be kept here. The Bräukapelle is located on the "Bründlweg" hiking trail no. 89, from Wesenufer to Waldkirchen.

The source is freely accessible and equipped with a ladle.

The Bräukapelle is located on the old road from Waldkirchen to Wesenufer. It was built at a spring mentioned above. In 1900, master brewer Alois Rosenstingl had the chapel rebuilt from scratch, and in 1954 the timber construction was replaced by a solid construction. In 2007 the chapel was generalized according to the original plans. The centerpiece is the wooden statue of the Immaculate of Lourdes from the Ateliera Linzinger.
