The area is beautifully rugged but the hike is bordered by people selling crafts and souvenirs almost all the way up to the falls. I was expecting a more quiet and secluded experience. It’s a long drive from Marrakech for such a short walk. Stay and have a meal in the town — plenty of excellent food and friendly people.
