Cycling
As of 2025, the trail is in tip-top condition. From Vils to KälbeleAlp, the gradient is mostly around 1%, with a few short and not too steep climbs. On the way up to the Alp, there are almost 200 meters of elevation gain (up to 13%) along the edge of the Vils Gorge before the trail drops about 50 meters in elevation towards the Tannheimer Valley.
