In Calatafimi Segesta there is no single building called "San Giuliano Agricola", but reference is made to two distinct and nearby churches in the historic center: the Church of San Giuliano and the Church of Santo Isidoro Agricola. The first is located in Piazza Francesco Cangemi or Via Marconi, while the second rises up from Via Vittorio Emanuele. Founded in 1076 by Ruggero d'Altavilla according to tradition, erected as a parish in 1619.

In Calatafimi Segesta there is no single structure called "Chiesa di San Giuliano Agricola". Instead, there are two nearby and distinct religious buildings in the historic center: the Church of San Giuliano Martire and the Church of Santo Isidoro Agricola. It overlooks Piazza Francesco Cangemi. It is a very old church, erected as a parish in 1619. It suffered damage in the 1968 earthquake and was reopened in 1979. It houses the sculptural groups of the "Mysteries" related to the Passion.
