From February 2026, a new road is being laid on part of the section, currently passage is not possible - I recommend not turning towards Warnice but going straight towards Dębica and possibly heading to Warnice from there. Construction work is expected to last until May.

UPDATE 18.06.2026: I spoke with the security guard watching the machines on the section, the roadway and the bike path are now completely passable all the way to Warnice, the official opening of the road is scheduled for 19.06.2026.
