A village located in the commune of Krzęcin in the district of Choszczno. It was established in 1741 in the area of the medieval village of Blockhagen, which was incorporated into the area of Krzęcin. The name of the settlement comes from the name of Maria von Roweder (Rowedel, Rohwedel). Until the mid-nineteenth century, it was part of the estate in Krzęcin. In 1850, the property was purchased by Wilhelm Glahn, later owned by Johann Ferdynand Louis Glahn, son of Julius from Krzęcin. In 1866, the property was sold to a Szczecin merchant, Henrich Alexander Zander, who in 1873 sold the property to a Berlin banker, Hermann Friedländer. In 1879, his estate covered 772 hectares. In 1896, the estate with an area of 630 hectares belonged to the Friedländer family. In 1914, the property with an area of 788 ha belonged to Konrad Friedlӓnder and in 1929 to Bertha Friedlӓnder, née Aeschliman (753 ha).
The manor house built on a rectangular plan with a two-story avant-corps in the central part with the entrance to the manor house has been preserved. A one-story building with a usable attic, covered with a gable roof, with a basement. Next to it there are farm buildings and a landscape park.
