The cemetery in the town of Rimšė is included in the immovable register of cultural values. There are about 20 granite, concrete monuments in the cemetery (the inscriptions are hard to read in some places); a concrete obelisk surrounded by a fence of four concrete pillars and metal pipes, inscriptions in Polish are carved in the niches of the pedestal. An oak sculpture with a cross by the sculptor Teofilis Potiejūnas, built in 1998, stands on the territory. Standing board 1919 - 1920 To commemorate the volunteers of RImšė township of the independence struggle.
