Built in neo-Romanesque style between 1930 and 1931 on the remains of a late eighteenth-century chapel, the church of Corniana, designed by the architect Tonino Talignani, was equipped with a high crenellated bell tower in 1935; hit by an earthquake in 2008, it was restored and structurally consolidated between 2009 and 2010. The place of worship, covered in stone, preserves inside a canopy dating back to 1850 and two eighteenth-century confessionals.
