    The Sollingturm stands with its approx. 34 meters height on the 444 meters high Strutberg above Sohlingen.
    The stone tower was built in 1934/35 as a "Hitler tower" and contained numerous National Socialist inscriptions and swastika symbols, which were removed after the end of the Third Reich. In the course of these measures, the tower then received its present name.
