The manor farm was inseparably connected with the neighboring Palace. After World War II, Stary Folwark housed a state farm and then for several years the property remained unattended and fell into disrepair. In 2004, it passed into private hands along with many hectares of surrounding land. There is an organic farm there. Currently, the buildings are renovated and converted into guest rooms for tourists (accommodation facilities have been created). Right next to the farm buildings, there is a park (approx. 4 ha) entered in the register of monuments and a palace from 1870, which is being renovated, 500 m2.
