Aizkraukle, Stučka during the years of Soviet occupation of Latvia until 1990, is a town in Latvia with about 7,300 inhabitants. It lies on the high right bank of the Daugava, opposite the tributary Lauce.
Suitable as a possible place to stay, but there is not much going on here and there were no restaurants at the time.
