From the steep slopes of the Himmelreich (plot, fauna-flora-habitat conservation area, mountain restaurant) there is a unique view over the wide, curved loop of the Saale. As if that weren't enough, the view is perfected by the view of the ruins of Rudelsburg and Saaleck Castle.
