Gobblers Knob is (just barely) the highest point in the ridgeline that divides Big Cottonwood Canyon and Mill Creek Canyon. The views are spectacular and, as you might expect, the trail is correspondingly crowded on nice weekends. It's also quite a quad-burner; there's no way of getting around the steep ascent to get here.
