The beach at Lubmin is a 5-kilometer-long beach with firm, fine-grained sand. The water slopes gently, making it suitable for children to swim in. In summer it is often very crowded and the water quality unfortunately deteriorates over the course of the summer (algae and jellyfish).

Outside of the bathing season, the (empty) beach is ideal for long walks.
