The Congregation of Fedoshevites of Klein-Kolkja has existed since 1770. On February 16, 1945 it was re-registered as the Congregation of Old Believers of Väike-Kolkja. She was given a prayer house decorated with copper and wooden icons, as well as the outbuildings and other real estate.

Today, the 120-family parish of Väike-Kolkja belongs to the Estonian Union of Old Believers.
