Danger of falling through shafts in the ground !!! It is better not to let children into the interior of the facility; if it does, please always supervise! In addition to historically interested hikers, who want to get an impression of the impact of the artillery fire on the fortification in the Battle of Verdun (1916), rare bats can be observed (see photo).
