The town hall in Abensberg, a town in the Kelheim district of Lower Bavaria, was built in the 16th century. The town hall at Stadtplatz 1 is a protected monument.

The late Gothic gable building with a Renaissance wave gable and baroque octagonal roof turret was rebuilt in 1926. The window frames are usually double fluted.

From the beginning of 2018 to the end of 2020, the town hall was completely renovated and made barrier-free. The main entrance was moved to the gable end on the town square. In addition, an outbuilding to the south, which was also used by the city administration, was demolished and rebuilt. In the listed part, a large part of the building structure could be preserved, only the contaminated roof structure had to be completely replaced.
