Beim Wandern vergisst man für eine gewisse Zeit die alltäglichen Sorgen und kann abschalten und vor allem die Natur entdecken und genießen.

Jeder sollte die Zeit finden um mal in sich zu gehen und sei es nur bei einem kleinen Spaziergang.
