In 2013 the new partnership square in the center of Himmelkron was inaugurated. He refers to the town partnership with the Czech municipality of Kynsperk (Königsberg an der Eger). The central point of the partnership square is the fountain with a massive granite stone. The water wells up from two boreholes and is intended to symbolize the headwaters of the White Main and the Eger. The fountain is bordered on the back with a sandstone wall with two benches. In addition to the green areas, plant islands were also created with a special mixture of perennials. The lime tree as a partnership tree was already there.
