Rektorwiesen is an approximately 4-hectare species-rich valley meadow that is protected in the Bockautal nature reserve as a forest biotope and "mountain hay meadow".

At the bridge there is a shelter, which is large and clean, where you want to rest - hope it stays that way for a long time ;-)

Hiking

The relatively new refuge on the meadow definitely invites you to take a break. When the weather is bad there is enough space inside and when the weather is nice there is a bench on almost every side of the hut. Even the roof is green and protrudes far enough on all sides so that you can shelter well in the rain without getting wet.
