The trailhead is not that obvious when walking south from Hvalba. Keep an eye out for the the markers once you get over the first steep rocks. From here, it's a big climb but a really beautiful walk as you head south towards Trongisvágur. (This is also on the long-distance path across Suðuroy from top to bottom).
