Here, urban life, trade and crafts in the first half of the 19th century are vividly brought to life on 460 square meters of exhibition space. Spread over three floors, there is a shoemaker's shop, the trades of plumbers, locksmiths, painters, a pharmacy and historic children's rooms. The highlight is the Krämerei, a grocery store from the old days, where you can still buy draft beer, chocolate, eggs and postcards.
