The castle complex, which was built in its current form between 1838 and 1843, is home to one of the most beautiful and romantic youth hostels in Germany.

Ortenberg Castle - the Baden fairytale castle. The view of the romantic castle at the entrance to the Kinzig valley: simply fabulous. Destroyed in 1678, the landmark of the Ortenau was only rebuilt in the 19th century in the neo-Gothic style.
