Here you can see a view over the Wormshöfter Noor, which belongs to the Schlei. At this point, the Schlei is very wide and is only surpassed by the great width near Schleswig. You can drive or cycle from the B 199 in Kieholm in the direction of Maasholm to Wormshöfter Noor.
The Wormshöfter Noor is protected and the water (the Schlei) is therefore relatively calm. Therefore, you can learn to surf in summer - also because of the shallow water (surf school on site).
