A splendor of flowers beneath tall pines
The Bruns Nursery Rhododendron Park is located in the Gristede Forest on the country road from Wiefelstede to Bad Zwischenahn.
Chinese redwoods provide shade, while other solitary trees are interesting eye-catchers amidst the splendor of rhododendrons. Over 1,000 different varieties of rhododendrons and outdoor azaleas form the core of the collection. This is especially worth seeing between May and June, when the park transforms into a colorful floral landscape. Two ponds and an impressive park pavilion complete the picture.
