I'm always very impressed by how NY knows how to accommodate art in the cityscape. And very often really unobtrusive and well placed and often surprising. Just check it out, really well done. German cities could cut a good chunk out of that. So it is with the lighthouse on Roosevelt Island at the northern tip. I really like these masks. I also like the view of the opposite side.
