Sapillo Box is a tight box canyon located in the Gila Wilderness. Access into the actual canyon can be tricky, but travel is usually straightforward once in the streambed. This section of trail offers views deep into the canyon, of the canyon walls, and the surrounding mountains (including the neighboring Horse Mountain).
