    Mountaineering

A beautiful and easy path leads from the Reschensee over the Rescher Alm to the Piz Lad ("The Wide Mountain") - a very popular panoramic mountain at the "Dreiländereck" between Italy (South Tyrol), Austria and Switzerland with a fantastic view of the Ötztal Alps, the Ortler group, into the Engadine and across Lake Reschen.
It is probably not uncommon to meet ibex up here - like on this hike. Surprisingly, they stood around a bend in the road ... and did not move for a long time. A wonderful encounter!

Therefore, carefully explore the correct approach beforehand.
Tour recommended and "safe" only in good weather!

Are there any circular hiking routes available for Piz Lat Gipfel?
