Ragusa Ibla is the ancient historic center of the city of Ragusa. It is famous throughout the world for its over fifty churches and numerous palaces, testimony to the highest expression of Baroque in Sicily.
Walking through the streets of Ragusa Ibla, the fascinating and warm atmosphere that will surround you will be particular, steeped in a thousand-year history, but above all, dominated by the grandeur of the Baroque. Every corner of this neighborhood tells of the magnificence of Baroque art, not only in its churches and sumptuous palaces, but also in its enchanting alleys and picturesque squares.
