Gothic church of St. Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Czchów was erected in 1346. It is a stone single-nave temple, in the ground floor of which Romanesque relics of an earlier building have survived. Inside the presbytery, one of the oldest polychromes in Europe from around 1380 has been preserved. depicting events from the life of Christ and the Mother of God. Of great artistic importance are the Renaissance tombstones of Kasper Wielogłowski and his wife, made at the end of the 16th century by Hieronim Canavesi from Milan, and the octagonal chalice stone font from 1506.
