Hiking
In 1939, the Hessigheim savings and loan association bought a threshing machine and built a shed for it on the existing municipal threshing floor.
This had to be removed when the Neckar was canalized.
In 1953, the Hessigheim savings and loan association built the threshing shed that still exists today on a municipal plot of land.
When combine harvesters took over the threshing work directly on the fields in the 1960s, it lost its function.
