Hiking

We took the shortcut to the Kobler Alm via the hiking car park and from there steeply uphill to the Kreuzjoch. Sometimes you can't see the markings. However, these are numerous. But it's worth taking an occasional look at the map. We overlooked a marker and had to walk a long way back. The slope is extremely steep in some places. You should have a head for heights and be sure-footed. Hiking poles and alpine shoes are also helpful. The wind can really whistle up there.
