In the middle of the São Lorenço peninsula is a small hut surrounded by palm trees. The stone hut has been an excursion destination since 1905 and today houses a small exhibition on the nature reserve of São Lorenço. There are several picnic tables in front of the hut and there is a small barbecue area. You can also camp on a nearby area.
Normally the house is open from 10 am to 4.30 pm, but sometimes it is closed in bad weather.
