View of Schönau, the boathouses, and Lake Königssee from Malerwinkel

The historic Villa Beust (Café »Malerwinkel«) on Königssee has been sold to a Berlin investor. The building, which is not far from the entrance to the Berchtesgaden National Park, is to be given a new concept. Unfortunately, what will ultimately happen to the historic villa, which is a listed building, remains unclear.

I think the café's best days are behind it, don't give the impression that it's going to be anything in the near future!
But the view of the boat harbor is beautiful 😊
