The town hall presents itself as a three-storey hipped roof building in the baroque style. It is bordered by richly articulated corner pilasters. There is a central avant-corps that ends in a dwelling. A double flight of stairs was added to the south facade of the building. The Iphoef town hall is dominated by a mighty portal with a segmental arch. The conclusion is an eight-sided roof turret with a lantern. Two dragon-shaped gargoyles are attached to the eaves cornice.
In the 18th century, today's building was erected on the existing wine cellars of the old town hall. The ground floor is now accessed through a round arch portal, which is simpler than the portal on the first floor and only has a simple profiling. The façade facing the market square has seven window axes. The windows have eared and profiled frames, while the individual floors are separated from each other by cornices.
