From this vantage point above Samdo you have a great view of the whole valley, of Samdo and the route of the Manaslu Trek towards the Larke La Pass.
The short, steeper path is more obvious than the longer path. Because the longer, less steep path is repeatedly crossed by animal paths that run along the slope.
