Split Rock Lighthouse is a historic and scenic attraction that will captivate hikers. This lighthouse, built in 1910, is perched on a 130-foot cliff overlooking Lake Superior. You can tour the lighthouse and the keeper’s house, and learn about the history and legends of this landmark. You can also hike to the lakeshore and enjoy the views of the water and the rocks. For a longer hike, you can join the Superior Hiking Trail, which passes through the park and offers more stunning scenery.
