Tepeköy is the highest of the Greek villages, which are generally located at high points. Formerly known as Agridia, the village is 11 km from the center. Agridia means small fields in Greek. The village is built on the slope of the volcanic Aya Dimitri hill.

Tepeköy is home to the famous Panay of the Virgin Mary, which takes place every year on August 15th. For the last two years, Tepeköy has been overflowing during the 10-day celebrations.

In the village, there is the Evangelismos Theotoku Church dated 1832 and the old Greek cemetery. There is a picnic area called Çınaraltı (İspilya) near the village. A 625-year-old monumental plane tree and an ancient fountain with spring water flowing around it is an area where you can have a picnic against the view.
