Anyone visiting Bad Lauterberg should also visit the dam wall. I liked the path east of the Oder and then up the small paths parallel to the Oder to the dam wall, even though it is steep and the paths are narrow. I managed it well with my bike and it was worth it. If you still have the energy and desire, you can hike east of the reservoir to the beginning of the water surface or cycle further along the path, which is sometimes bumpy.
