The youth hostel is in the immediate vicinity, a 15-minute walk from the Hoherodskopf plateau.
The youth hostel is also an ideal starting point for a few beautiful hikes, such as the premium hiking trail 'Höhenrundweg Hoherodskopf'.
The rooms were clean and well maintained, the food was good. We can only recommend the youth hostel, where dogs are also welcome.
