Pals

Mandatory stop with a walk through its streets. Pals is a beautiful medieval town located in the Bajo Ampurdán region, in the province of Girona, Catalonia. It is known for its impressive old town, dating from the 14th and 15th century, which has been lovingly restored to retain its original charm.The historic center of Pals is an architectural complex of great heritage value, which extends over a hill, surrounded by defensive walls and towers. The Torre de las Horas, the Portal de la Font and the church of San Pedro stand out, among other monuments.
Going down you can stop for breakfast or lunch at a restaurant on the left, they are fast and their sandwiches are more than acceptable.
