It is a beautiful lake to do by bike; once around the lake, I recommend taking the road to Morbegno. Excellent itinerary with beautiful views

"Once around the lake" is not possible! The lake is only passable on the east side, the west side is a steep rock face. On the other hand, a usually very nice bike path leads west around the lake, partly on the old road, on which no cars drive today because the main traffic leads through the tunnel.
