Foot and cycleway between Irvine Blvd and Portola Pwy alongside Jeffrey Rd. It runs inside the Jeffrey Open Space Park and separated from Jeffrey Rd. Very pleasant to ride, and over-/underpasses eliminate the need to cross roads at street level.
