The Vereen Memorial Gardens lie on the shore of the Atlantic Intracoastal Waterway, and a lot of the gardens contain marshes. There are numerous beautiful boardwalks to connect small islands next to the Waterway. This makes for a very interesting run from island to island over boardwalks through marshes.
